Able Industries Engineering was comissioned to manufactured three cutting tables for a steel merchant.  The tables were engineered for the ESAB ERGOSTAR Oxyfuel machines whereby each machine has four high powered oxy heads configured to cut 300mm plate.  This meant a demand for cutting tables robust enough to take such heavy plate.  The solution emerged for a low profile water table of great strength but simple in design and easy to clean out when required.

Using 3D CAD design tools Able Industries Engineering set about designing the water cutting tables to the specifications.  Once the design had been signed off engineering drawings were produced from the 3D CAD files and manufacturing of the tables commenced at Able Industries Engineering factory using several overhead cranes to move the tables around for various processes.

The tables were then clean and painted ready for the ESAB installation.

These tables are of the static water level type but Able Industries Engineering also manufacture a variety of water tables with complex control of water levels for under water plasma cutting. 

Able Industries Engineering also manufacture a range of dry cutting tables that are modular.  These can be slotted together to make up a complete table from 7.4 mt wide by 50 mt long down to 1.6 mt wide by 2 mt long.

Tables can be fitted with fume extraction custom designed to eliminate smoke and fumes in the work environment.
